Be mindful of neighbours—sound carries easily over the water. Keep noise levels reasonable, and if hosting a gathering, please keep it indoors.

Leave the cottage as you found it—basic cleaning supplies are provided. A $155 cleaning fee applies to all stays.

Septic system awareness—please follow guidelines for responsible water and waste use. We’re happy to provide details if needed.
