High Season (July & August) – Minimum stay is 1 week in high season, 2 nights in low season

Taxes & Fees:

13% HST applies to all bookings.

4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (charged by the Town of Gravenhurst).

Cleaning fee: $155
Rental Period & Availability

July & August: Weekly rentals only (Saturday 3 PM – Saturday noon). Some flexibility may be possible.

Other Seasons: Short and long-term rentals available. Weekend rentals are possible in May, June, September, and October.

Booking Process

Submit a Booking Request: Check availability and fill out the "Book Your Stay" form on the next page.

Owner Confirmation: Ted Nixon will contact you to finalize dates.

Sign Rental Agreement & Arrange Payment: Payment can be made via email transfer or cheque (details provided in the rental agreement).

One Month Before Arrival:

Refundable damage deposit required ($800 for weekly stays, $500 for weekends).
